Abstract:
The present invention provides a polyester fiber structure that, by preventing the deposition of oily substances such as sebum, has an anti-resoiling property and a deodorant effect on the unpleasant odors that originate with the decomposition products of sebum. The polyester fiber structure has a value of ΔL*, represented by formula (1), of not more than 7, and means the difference between the L* values before and after performing an evaluation test on the prevention of resoiling. In addition, the polyester fiber structure has an antibacterial activity value greater than the growth value with respect to Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA, according to the bacterial suspension absorption method in JIS L 1902 (2015 edition).
