Abstract:
Disclosed are a polyimide composite material, a preparation method therefor, and a display substrate. The compatibility of inorganic nanoparticles with polyimide structural units is increased by linking the inorganic nanoparticles with the polyimide structural units by means of a chemical bond. At the same time, the mechanical performance and the thermal stability of the polyimide composite material can be effectively improved because of the enhancement effect of the inorganic nanoparticles.
