Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of lithium-ion battery separator preparation. Disclosed are a polyimide microsphere slurry, a composite separator, and a lithium-ion battery. The slurry comprises polyimide microspheres, an aqueous binder, a wetting agent, and deionized water, wherein the polyimide microsphere is prepared from a polyamino polymer, a diamine, and a dianhydride. The composite separator made from the slurry has good thermal stability, excellent puncture resistance, and good air permeability. Moreover, the surface density of a coating is lower than that of a ceramic-coated separator. Relatively, the specific capacity of the lithium battery comprising the composite separator is higher.
