Title:
POLYKETONE COMPOUNDS HAVING TRANS-DECALIN RING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/056936
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of microbial pesticides, in particular to a polyketone compound having a trans-decalin ring and obtained from a solid fermentation product of the bacterial strain Penicillium sp. TR85 (preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, preservation date: 2 August 2019, preservation number: CGMCC No. 18116), a separation and purification method for the polyketone compound, and the application of the polyketone compound in the field of herbicidal activity. The polyketone compound having the trans-decalin ring comprises a compound 1 and a compound 2 represented by formula (I) as well as acceptable salts or solvates thereof for pesticides. When the concentrations of the compound 1 and the compound 2 are 10 μg/mL, the growth inhibition rates of the compound 1 and the compound 2 on the seedling radicles of Echinochloa crusgalli are 81.5% and 79.6%, respectively, which are superior to the growth inhibition rate of the commercial herbicide acetochlor. Therefore, the compound 1 and the compound 2 may be used as lead compounds or novel pesticide components having herbicidal activity.
