The present invention provides: a polymer composite piezoelectric substance from which it is possible to obtain a piezoelectric film capable of generating a high sound pressure output when used in a piezoelectric loudspeaker; a piezoelectric film using said polymer composite piezoelectric substance; and a piezoelectric loudspeaker and a flexible display using said piezoelectric film. The polymer composite piezoelectric substance according to the present invention includes piezoelectric substance particles and a polymer matrix containing a polymer that has a unit represented by formula (1) and at least one unit selected from the group consisting of units represented by formula (2-1), units represented by formula (2-2), and units represented by formula (2-3). Formula (1): (MOx/2), formula (2-1): (R1SiO3/2), formula (2-2): (R2 2SiO2/2), formula (2-3): (R3 3SiO1/2).
