Abstract:

Provided is a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition obtained by mixing (a) a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (b) a fluororesin, and (c) an organic silane compound, the polyphenylene sulfide resin composition being characterized by the following: a molded article formed from the polyphenylene sulfide resin composition and observed by electron microscopy has a resin phase-separated structure such that a continuous phase is formed by component (a); a primary dispersed phase having a number-average dispersion diameter of 1 µm or smaller is formed from component (b); and within the primary dispersion phase formed from component (b), a secondary dispersed phase is formed from component (a).
