Abstract:
A polyurethane resin for terylene figured sea-island superfine fiber, and a preparation method therefor. The polyurethane resin has the following raw material formulation, in mass percentage content: 5-10% of a diisocyanate, 15-25% of a polyol compound, 1-2% of a small-molecule diamine chain extender, 0.2-0.5% of a small-molecule diol chain extender, 0.001-0.005% of a catalyst, 65-75% of a solvent, 0.02-0.1% of an antioxidant and 0.02-0.1% of a terminating agent, wherein the polyol compound is a mixture of a polyether diol and a polyester diol in a mass ratio of 2-4 : 1, with the polyester diol being an amido-containing adipic acid-based diol. During the synthesis process of polyurethane, a step-by-step excess pre-polymerization process is used to improve the dispersion uniformity of small-molecule alcohol and amine chain extenders in a molecular chain, and reduce the phase separation degree of the polyurethane resin soft and hard segments, such that the binding force of the polyurethane resin with respect to disperse dyes can be improved, and the dyeing fastness of the terylene figured sea-island superfine fiber can be improved.
