Abstract:
The present invention relates to a porous cellular scaffold comprising a serum-derived protein, and a production method therefor. The porous cellular scaffold, according to one embodiment, not only enables cells to be stably and continuously cultured, but also enables mimicking actual tissue by exhibiting an aspect of culturing, for each cell, that matches the characteristics of the cell, and enables stable culturing and high in vivo engraftment, and thus has an effect of being capable of being usefully employed in organoid-utilizing drug activity and toxicity assessments, cellular therapy products or target protein production.
