The porous structure 1 is provided with: a skeleton part 2 that demarcates a plurality of cell holes C; and a skin part 6 which is formed integrally with the skeleton part 2 at at least a portion on the outside of the skeleton part 2, the at least the portion on the outside of the skeleton part 2 being formed as a surface.
