Abstract:
Provided are a porous wick, a vaporizer comprising same, and an aerosol generating device. A vaporizer, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, may comprise: a liquid storage tank that stores a liquid aerosol-generating substrate; a heating element that heats the stored aerosol-generating substrate to generate an aerosol; and a porous wick that transfers the stored aerosol-generating substrate to the heating element through a porous body, wherein a coating film is formed on at least a portion of a plurality of surfaces forming the porous body. The coating film is formed on a surface that is not related to a target transport path of the liquid, so that the liquid can be intensively transported along the target transport path.
