Abstract:
The present application provides a port detection method, an optical network device and a passive optical network system, used for rapidly and accurately detecting a port that an ONU accesses and increasing the efficiency of determining a port that ONU accesses. The method comprises: an optical line terminal (OLT) sends to at least one optical network unit (ONU) an optical signal of each of a number N of wavelengths, wherein the N wavelengths are different from one another and N is an positive integer; the OLT receives an optical power value of the optical signal of each of the N wavelengths sent by a first ONU, the first ONU being any one of the at least one ONU; and the OLT determines, according to the optical power value of the optical signal of each of the N wavelengths, port information of an optical splitter corresponding to the first ONU.
