Abstract:
Disclosed is a portable air foam roller for relaxing strained muscle tissues of each body part by stretching using an air foam roller. Provided according to the present specification is a portable air foam roller comprising: a cylindrical tube having elasticity and flexibility and having an air injection hole for injecting air into the tube, the air injection hole being formed at the outer surface of the tube; and an outer shell detachably fixed onto the outer surface of the cylindrical tube.
