A portable fan (10) which can be mounted at the top of a display screen of an electronic device to blow air to a user in front of the display screen. The portable fan comprises an elongated main body (12) and a fan wheel (25) which is arranged in the main body (12). The main body (12) comprises a main body portion (14) and an air outlet portion (16) which extends forward relative to the main body portion (14) and is in communication with the main body portion (14). The front surface of the air outlet portion (16) is provided with an air outlet opening (18). The main body (12) is provided with an air inlet opening (20). Wind generated by the rotation of the fan wheel (25) is blown out from the air outlet opening (18). A hook member (26) is connected to the main body (12) and can be hooked on the front surface of the display screen such that the portable fan (10) can be fixed at the top of the display screen. The portable fan (10) is simple in structure and easy to operate, has a solid hook structure and is easy to carry. A user can conveniently mount the portable fan (10) on the display screen whenever needed.
