The present application provides a portable temperature regulating apparatus, comprising a second body and a first body rotatably connected to both ends of the second body. A first accommodating cavity is formed in the first body; a first fan is provided in the first accommodating cavity; a first air channel communicated with the first accommodating cavity is further provided in the first body; a first air outlet communicated with the first air channel and a first air inlet communicated with the first accommodating cavity are formed on the first body. The first body is rotatably connected to the second body by means of a rotating structure; when the portable temperature regulating apparatus needs to be folded and stored, the first body can be rotated to enable the first body and the second body to be folded together, thereby reducing the volume of the portable temperature regulating apparatus and facilitating storage and carrying by users.
