Abstract:
A positioning mechanism for hardware product machining. The positioning mechanism comprises a workbench (1), wherein limiting plates (6) are arranged at the top of the workbench (1); a hinge (7) is fixedly connected between adjacent limiting plates (6); mounting bases (3) are respectively fixedly connected to two ends of the hinge (7); a positioning hole (4) is provided in the surface of the top of each mounting base (3); the positioning holes (4) are arranged in a fan shape with the hinge (7) as a circle center; limiting holes (11) are provided in side surfaces of the limiting plates (6) adjacent to the mounting bases (3); the positioning holes (4) correspond to the limiting holes (11), and ports of the positioning holes and ports of the limiting holes coincide; and fixing bolts (10) are fixedly connected between the limiting holes (11) and the positioning holes (4). The positioning mechanism can adjust an opening angle of limiting plates according to an outline of a hardware product to be machined, and the size of the opening of the limiting plates is controlled by means of a hinge, such that the limiting plates and the outline of the hardware product to be machined are always adapted to each other, and the situation of a large interval gap being generated between the limiting plates and the hardware product to be machined, and then the hardware product vibrating and deviating due to the interval gap in a machining process is prevented.
