Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a positioning method and device. The method comprises: respectively obtaining, from multiple UWB anchor nodes of a scene, a distance from each UWB anchor node to a first user in the scene, and obtaining a first video stream from a camera worn by the first user; calculating a UWB location of the first user according to the distance from each UWB anchor node to the first user in the scene by using a time delay of arrival (TDOA) positioning algorithm; extracting a background point from the first video stream according to a preset background point feature, and calculating the speed of the first user according to the displacement of the background point in an adjacent frame; and combining the UWB location of the first user and the speed of the first user to obtain a combination location of the first user, and using the combination location of the first user as a positioning location of the first user. In the embodiments of the present invention, UWB is combined with a visual signal to position the user, and the positioning accuracy, in particular at a UWB blind spot area, is improved.
