Abstract:
A positive grid of a high-strength storage battery. The positive grid comprises a rectangle formed by encircling a frame bar, wherein a tab is arranged at the lateral side of an upper side bar of the frame bar, and several crisscrossed equidistant vertical bars and transverse bars are arranged in an inner frame of the frame bar. The cross-sectional area of the upper side bar of the frame bar is greater than that of a lower side bar and that of a side edge bar, the upper end of one of the vertical bars extends to a side edge line of the tab, the cross-sectional areas of the vertical bars are gradually increased from the bottom end to the top end close to the tab, and the average cross-sectional area of the vertical bars is greater than that of the transverse bars. The positive grid has a simple structure. The using of the thickness structures of the frame bar and the vertical bars and transverse bars and the using of the vertical bars continuously thickened from bottom to top increase the corrosion resistance of the grid, enhance the conductive capability, and increase the utilization rate of active substances, thereby improving the product quality of a storage battery and prolonging the service life of the battery.
