Abstract:
Provided is a pot separating and conveying apparatus with an adjustable pot diameter, comprising a machine frame, an adjusting mechanism, a clamping mechanism, attracting mechanisms, a conveying mechanism, a driving mechanism, a moving mechanism and a PLC control apparatus, wherein the adjusting mechanism and the PLC control apparatus are fixedly arranged on the upper side of the machine frame; the clamping mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the adjusting mechanism; the attracting mechanisms are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the lower side of the clamping mechanism in the front-and-back direction; the conveying mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the machine frame; the driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the adjusting mechanism; and the moving mechanism is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the machine frame. According to the pot separating and conveying apparatus with the adjustable pot diameter, the apparatus which is capable of accurately separating and conveying soft pots with different pot diameters is designed on the basis of having successfully developed a potted flower transplanter and solving the problem of accurate transplanting, so that the separated pots are stably and reliably conveyed to the next station, the problems that the operation object of the transplanter is singular and pot conveying is unstable are solved, and a foundation is laid for the research, development, application and popularization of a fully-automatic flower transplanter.
