Abstract:
Disclosed is a pouch for conveniently heating or cooling contents. The disclosed pouch comprises: a unit for accommodating contents; a temperature-control body arranged in a temperature-control space provided in front of and/or behind the unit for accommodating contents; a temperature-control unit arranged beneath the top of the unit for accommodating contents and having a reaction-liquid injection portion for injecting a reaction liquid into the temperature-control space so as to cause an exothermic reaction or endothermic reaction with the temperature control body; and a sealing unit which seals the reaction liquid injection portion, and which is capable of opening the reaction liquid injection portion when at least a predetermined amount of force is applied.
