Abstract:
The invention relates to the technical field of powder coating production, in particular to a powder coating production process and a production line thereof. The powder coating production process comprises the steps of: s1, mixing and stirring the raw materials to form a mixed material; s2, heating and melting the mixed material; s3, tabletting-forming the molten mixed material by means of a tabletting device; s4, cooling a tablet by means of a cooling roller; s5, crushing the cooled tablet for the first time to form fragments; and s6, after crushing the fragments, filtering and collecting a powder, so that the quality of the powder coating can be improved.
