Abstract:
In order to overcome the problems of insufficient powder fluidity and inaccurate conveying and metering in an existing spraying and chelation treatment system, a powder material conveying device for fly ash spraying and chelation treatment is provided, which device sequentially comprises, in a conveying direction of powder materials, a negative-pressure feeding system (1), a discharging system (2) and a quantitative feeding system (3). The materials enter the quantitative feeding system after sequentially passing through the negative-pressure feeding system and the discharging system. The quantitative feeding system is used for intermittent feeding and stabilizing a feed amount to be within an appropriate range, and then, an air flow generated by Roots blowers (3.314, 3.324) of the quantitative feeding system is used for spraying the powder materials into a flue gas purification system for chelation treatment. An activating device (4) is further provided. The activating device comprises an activating bin (4.1) and a compressed air intake pipeline (4.1A), and the activating bin is arranged below the negative-pressure feeding system. During the discharging of the powder materials from the bottom of a sealed bin body (1.6), compressed air is sprayed into the activating bin of the activating device through the compressed air intake pipeline, such that material bridging inside the activating bin is prevented, so as to ensure that the powder materials smoothly enter the discharging system.
