The present invention pertains to a powder slush-molded article of a vinyl chloride-based resin composition, said vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprising a vinyl chloride-based resin, a plasticizer and an acrylic polymer, characterized in that: the vinyl chloride-based resin composition contains 110-150 parts by mass inclusive of the plasticizer per 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride-based resin; and, when a cross section of the powder slush-molded article parallel to the thickness direction thereof is observed under reflected light of an optical microscope, irregular scale-shaped vinyl chloride-based resin particles having a major diameter of 30-500 μm inclusive are continuously positioned via interfacial parts, and aggregated acrylic polymer particles having a major diameter of 30-100 μm inclusive exist at a rate of 10 particles/mm2 or less. Thus, a powder slush-molded article of a vinyl chloride-based resin composition, which has a high flexibility after heat-aging and good surface properties, and a laminate are provided.
