Abstract:
The present invention achieves local melting of a powdered inorganic material having an inorganic material as the main component to achieve high shaping accuracy in an additive production technique. This powdered inorganic material is used in an additive production method wherein laser light is irradiated to perform shaping, and is characterized in that the powdered inorganic material contains a base material of inorganic material and an absorber, the absorber having a higher light absorption capacity than the base material with regard to a light of a wavelength included in the laser light, and containing any one among Ti2O3, TiO, SiO, ZnO, antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO), and indium-doped tin oxide (ITO), or, containing any one among a transition metal carbide, a transition metal nitride, Si3N4, AlN, a boride, and a silicide.
