Abstract:
The present application discloses a power amplifier control system and method employing automatic level control. The system mainly comprises a controllable attenuation circuit. A first input terminal of the controllable attenuation circuit is connected to a signal input, and a second input terminal of the controllable attenuation circuit is connected to a control signal Vp output by a differential integrating circuit. An output terminal of the controllable attenuation circuit is connected to an input terminal of a signal transmission circuit. An output terminal of the signal transmission circuit is connected to an input terminal of a final-stage power amplifier transistor, and an output terminal of the final-stage power amplifier transistor serves as a signal output. A temperature measurement circuit is configured to measure the temperature of a power amplifier. The application can further add a voltage control circuit for reducing the static power consumption of the power amplifier transistor.
