Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a power amplifier, a radio remote unit (RRU) and a base station. A multiphase pulse width modulator modulating to generate a number N of multiphase pulse width modulation (PWM) signals; amplifying said multiphase pulse width modulation signals (PWMn); filtering said multiphase pulse width modulation signals (PWMn); and combining with a power tube drain electrode or a collector electrode. A new radio-frequency amplifier provided in the present application is capable of effectively lowering envelope feedback loop inductance, and increasing video bandwidth and DPD correction performance.
