Provided in the present invention are a power-assisted handle and a refrigerator. The power-assisted handle comprises: a handle rod of which the end part is provided with a pivoting shaft; a push block on which a pivoting hole is provided; and a push rod of which the front end is adjacent to the pushing end of the push block, wherein the pivoting shaft is accommodated in the pivoting hole, the pivoting hole is a runway hole, and when the power-assisted handle is in an initial state, the pivoting shaft is located at the first end of the runway hole; and when the handle rod is pulled open, the pivoting shaft rotates in the runway hole and drives the push block to rotate, the pivoting shaft moves to the second end of the runway hole, the pushing end of the push block pushes the front end of the push rod, the rear end of the push rod extends out towards a refrigerator body and pushes the refrigerator body, and a door body is opened relative to the refrigerator body. The push block is used as a lever, such that a force arm applied to the pull force to the handle rod is in direct proportion to a force arm applied to the push force to the push rod, and the labor-saving effect of the power-assisted handle is achieved.
