Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide resource control that is easily adopted by consumers. Provided is a power control method with which an adjusting capacity related to power supply and demand or wholesale power is provided by controlling a resource (R1) installed in a facility (200) on the basis of a specific instruction. In a first acquisition step, the specific instruction is acquired. In a second acquisition step, power reception information related to received power of the facility (200) is acquired. In a first determination step, it is determined, from the specific instruction and the power reception information, whether or not the direction of control with respect to the resource (R1) in the facility (200) is the upward direction. In a second determination step, it is determined whether or not control with respect to the resource (R1) should be executed in the case in which the direction of control is determined to be the upward direction. In a generating step, a control instruction related to the resource (R1) is generated on the basis of the specific instruction and the determination result.
