Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first module (620) including a plurality of first switches including second electrodes, a second internal bus bar connecting the second electrodes, and a first resin member (610a) covering the first switches and the second internal bus bar; and a second module (630) including a plurality of second switches including third electrodes, a third internal bus bar connecting the third electrodes, and a second resin member (610b) covering the second switches and the third internal bus bar. A part of the second internal bus bar is exposed from the first resin member while extending in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to a line-up direction in which the first module and the second module are lined up. A part of the third internal bus bar is exposed from the second resin member while extending in the orthogonal direction. At least one among the second internal bus bar and the third internal bus bar extends to the other so that the second internal bus bar and the third internal bus bar are directly joined to each other.
