Abstract:
This power conversion device comprises a multilayer substrate (100) with a conductive layer forming a primary-side coil and a secondary-side coil of a transformer (TR), and a circuit substrate (200) which is electrically connected to the multilayer substrate (100) and has a first conversion circuit (210) formed thereon. The multilayer substrate (100) includes: a transformer region (110) having the transformer (TR) formed therein; a core member (140) disposed in the transformer region (110) and having the primary-side coil and the secondary-side coil wound therearound; a circuit forming region (120) which is adjacent to the transformer region (110) and has formed therein a second conversion circuit (130) electrically connected to the primary-side coil or the secondary-side coil; and terminal portions (150, 152) electrically connected to the secondary-side coil or the primary-side coil. The first conversion circuit (210) is electrically connected to the transformer (TR) via the terminal portions (150, 152). The number of windings of one coil is smaller than the number of windings of the other coil.
