Abstract:
The present invention comprises an electrical generator (2), and power lines (100, 110a, 110b) that transmit the power generated by the electrical generator (2) to loads (11a, 11b). Provided to the power lines (100, 110a, 110b) between the electrical generator (2) and the loads (11a, 11b) are a current limiting device (6) that, when the occurrence of a fault current has been detected, limits said fault current, and current shutoff devices (3, 8a, 8b) that shut off the current to the loads (11a, 11b) in conjunction with the limiting of the fault current by the current limiting device (6).
