Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of power system planning and evaluation, and provided is a power distribution network automation system comprehensive planning method based on reliability constraint. The method comprises performing overall planning on a power distribution network automation system, wherein the power distribution network automation system comprises a circuit breaker, a knife switch, a feeder terminal control unit, and a control center; establishing a power distribution network reliability evaluation and optimization model consisting of a target function and constraint conditions; and solving for the model to obtain installation positions of the circuit breaker, the knife switch, and the feeder terminal control unit which meet system reliability requirements, and determining whether a power distribution automation system control center needs to be built. In calculating the reliability constraint, the present application considers approaches of circuit breaker tripping after a fault, fault automatic and manual isolation, and affected load power supply restoration based on network reconstruction, and the method is simple and convenient, and effectively reduces costs while meeting the system reliability.
