Abstract:
Provided is a power feeding circuit which can secure mechanical strength and electrical characteristics. According to the present invention, a waveguide (14) is provided to a plate-shaped member (13) and has a plurality of branches. A bridging part (11) has a member (11A) and a member (11B) which extend in a Y-direction crossing an X-direction, in which the waveguide (14) guides electromagnetic waves between side walls of the waveguide (14), and which are provided at a predetermined interval in the X-direction so that a reflected wave has at most a predetermined intensity. The bridging part (12) has a member (12A) and a member (12B) which extend in the Y-direction and are provided at a predetermined interval in the X-direction so that the reflected wave has at most a predetermined intensity.
