A power modulation method and system for an electronic chip. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring power information about an electronic chip (101); processing the power information to obtain a peak value of the power information (102); and modulating the power information if the peak value of the power information is greater than a set value (103). The present invention has the advantage of realizing power modulation.
