Abstract:
Disclosed are a power output mechanism for an oil press, and an oil press using same. The power output mechanism comprises a transmission (1), an oil pressing rod (2), and a thrust bearing (3), wherein the transmission (1) is provided with an output shaft connector (12) and a variable-speed gear set (11); the variable-speed gear set (11) is in transmission connection with the output shaft connector (12); the variable-speed gear set (11) is used for obtaining power to drive the output shaft connector (12) to rotate on the axis thereof; the output shaft connector (12) is connected to the oil pressing rod (2); the thrust bearing (3) is provided inside the transmission (1); the thrust bearing (3) and the output shaft connector (12) are coaxially arranged; and in the axial direction of the output shaft connector (12), the thrust bearing (3) is used for limiting the depth of the output shaft connector (12) in the transmission (1). Since the thrust bearing is arranged inside the transmission such that the thrust bearing is located in a completely closed space, engine oil on the thrust bearing cannot permeate into an oil pressing cavity of the oil press, thereby providing an important guarantee for the safety and hygiene of food materials.
