Abstract:
A first member (81), having a first opening that opens to one side in the circumferential direction centered about the axial center of a rack shaft equivalent to the rotational axis of a nut, and a second member (82), having a second opening that faces the first opening and opens to the other side in the circumferential direction, are molded so that a first insertion part (71) and a second insertion part (72) are both inclined relative to a connecting part (73) along the lead angle of a ball circulation groove, and the first and second openings are butt-welded together, thereby forming a tube (44).
