Abstract:
A power supply circuit is equipped with: an output transistor (M7) that generates an output voltage (VOUT); an error amplifier that generates a control voltage (VG7) for the output transistor (M7) in accordance with a difference between a reference voltage (VREF1) and a feedback voltage (VFB1) corresponding to the output voltage; an overcurrent protection circuit (16) that controls the error amplifier in accordance with a monitoring result for the control voltage (VG7), thereby lowering the output voltage; and an undershoot detector (15) that detects undershoot of the output voltage and performs control so as to increase the driving force of the output transistor (M7).
