A powertrain, a noise suppression method, and an electric vehicle. In the powertrain (100), a selected drive motor (10) and a reducer (20) need to satisfy the condition of the harmonic order of the drive motor (10) being the same as the number of gear teeth of an input shaft gear (211) in the reducer (20), thus ensuring that the frequency of electromagnetic noise harmonics generated by the drive motor (10) is the same as the frequency of noise harmonics generated by the reducer (20). During the process of installing the drive motor (10) and the reducer (20), when the drive motor (10) and the reducer (20) are connected by means of a connecting structure (30), the phase of the electromagnetic noise harmonics generated by the drive motor (10) must be ensured to be different from the phase of the noise harmonics generated by the reducer (20) by a set angle, so that when the powertrain works (100), electromagnetic noise of the drive motor (10) may inversely cancel out noise generated by the input shaft gear (211) on the reducer (20) to achieve the effect of reducing noise.
