Abstract:
A pre-lifting system and process of an FCC device. Low-carbon hydrocarbons are gasified first under normal working conditions, mixed with high-temperature water vapor and/or dry gas and then superheated; the mixing ratio of the high-temperature water vapor and/or the dry gas is gradually adjusted before the mixture is input to the superheater, so that liquid or fog drops of the low-carbon hydrocarbons are avoided. After the mixture is input to the superheater, the ratio and the flow rate of the low-carbon hydrocarbons, the high-temperature water vapor and/or the dry gas are gradually adjusted according to the working state of a pre-lifter, so that a lifting section of the FCC device works stably. Under start-up conditions, input of the low-carbon hydrocarbons is suspended, and merely the high-temperature water vapor and/or the dry gas are/is input to the pre-lifter (300). When the pre-lifter (300) reaches a preset working state, then the low-carbon hydrocarbons are input to a gasifier (100) for gasification, the flow rate of low-carbon hydrocarbon gas is gradually increased, and the flow rate of the high-temperature water vapor and/or the dry gas before and after the mixture is inputted to the superheater (200) is gradually adjusted. The economic benefits of a refinery are remarkably increased, and the environmentally friendly effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved.
