Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pre-tightening force calculation method and a stiffness calculation method for a matched bearing. By establishing a correspondence between the axial stiffness and pre-tightening force of different bearing combinations and the axial stiffness and pre-tightening force of a single bearing in a duplex bearing (a duplex matched bearing consisting of bearings participating in combination), the axial stiffness of the same bearing under various combinations can be quickly and accurately calculated according to the axial stiffness and pre-tightening force of the single bearing in the duplex bearing. The method of the present invention does not limit contact angles of bearings participating in combination, is suitable for face-to-face assembly and back-to-back assembly forms, is adapted to bearing combinations under various situations, and has high universality.
