Abstract:
A prefabricated assembly corrugated steel web composite bridge, and a cantilever construction method thereof. The bridge comprises: corrugated steel webs (3), which are of corrugated structures and have a certain thickness; corrugated I-shaped steel concrete bottom plates (5) which are disposed at the bottom of the corrugated steel webs (3), are of square structures, and have side inclination angles; outer support brackets (6) which are disposed on the inner sides of the corrugated I-shaped steel concrete bottom plates (5); a prefabricated UHPC plate (7) which is supported by the outer support brackets (6), where a plurality of corrugated structures are provided on the surfaces, the bottom parts on the two sides protrude, and spaces on inclined plates of the corrugated structures are reserved for the installation of bent steel bars; the prefabricated UHPC plate (7) is glued with the corrugated I-shaped steel concrete lower flange bottom plates (5) and the outer support brackets (6) by means of epoxy glue; a cast-in-place concrete layer (8) which is laid on the prefabricated UHPC plate (7) and fixed to the bottom of the corrugated I-shaped steel concrete bottom plates (5) by means of anchoring steel bars (9); and prefabricated concrete top plates (1) which are supported by the corrugated steel webs (3).
