Abstract:
Provided are a prefabricated steel structure building and a construction process therefor, belonging to the field of building construction. The prefabricated steel structure building comprises a steel frame support structure, a steel-bars truss deck, a wall body and an outer envelop enclosure, wherein the steel frame support structure on any one layer comprises a plurality of columns arranged at intervals, a plurality of beams and a plurality of inclined struts. One end of each of the plurality of columns is fixed, the beams are mounted between the other ends of the plurality of columns, and the inclined struts are mounted between the columns and the beams. The steel-bars truss deck comprises a sheet body and a bottom shuttering, with the sheet body and the bottom shuttering being detachably connected, and the plurality of beams being connected to the sheet body. The wall body comprises an ALC panel, and the ALC panel encloses the columns. The outer envelop enclosure comprises a keel and a heat preservation and decoration integrated panel, with the heat preservation and decoration integrated panel being connected to the keel, and the keel being connected to the steel frame support structure or being connected to the ALC panel. The construction process comprises: the construction of the steel frame support structure on the first layer, the construction of the steel frame support structure on the remaining layers, wall body construction, and outer envelop enclosure construction. The present invention alleviates the problem of the prior art not being conducive to popularization.
