Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a prenylflavonoid glycoside in which two or more hexoses have been bonded to isoxanthohumol or 8-prenylnaringenin, a method for producing the same, a method for producing a prenylflavonoid monoglycoside in which one hexose has been bonded to isoxanthohumol or 8-prenylnaringenin, a method for improving the water-solubility of prenylflavonoids, a method for reducing the bitterness of prenylflavonoids, a method for improving the stability of prenylflavonoids, and the like. The present invention relates to a prenylflavonoid glycoside represented by general formula (1). (In general formula (1), R represents a methyl group or a hydrogen atom, X represents a hexose residue, and n represents an integer of 2-10. The 2-10 hexose residues may be the same or different.)
