Abstract:
Provided are a preparation device and preparation method for a cup-shaped grinding wheel having orderly-arranged abrasive particles, the device comprising: a rack; a workbench, the position of the workbench on the rack being adjusted by means of a workbench position adjusting mechanism, and a grinding wheel base body being placed on the workbench for machining; an abrasive spreading device, the abrasive spreading device being used for spraying an abrasive material on the grinding wheel base body; and a laser sintering device, which is used for sintering in real time the abrasive material dispersed on the grinding wheel base body. In the preparation device and preparation method for a cup-shaped grinding wheel having orderly-arranged abrasive particles of the present invention, quantitative negative-pressure material suction and positive-pressure material spraying of a temporary storage bin are achieved by means of the reciprocating motion of an eccentric driven wheel, and the orderly and regularly arranged abrasive material formed on an end surface of the grinding wheel base body is achieved by combining the workbench position adjusting mechanism; meanwhile, the laser sintering device sinters the abrasive material on the end surface of the grinding wheel base body, the arrangement of the abrasive material is accurate and flexible, and a cup-shaped grinding wheel having regularly and orderly arranged abrasive particles is obtained.
