Abstract:
A preparation device for a thermally stable spray coating, comprising a tank body (7), base legs (11), a feed pipe (16) and a discharge pipe (18); the base legs (11) are arranged around a bottom surface of the tank body (7); a middle part of the base legs (11) is provided with a pump base (10); a vacuum pump (9) is disposed on the pump base (10); and a vacuum pumping pipeline (8) is disposed at the end part of the vacuum pump (9). A temperature control feedback loop composed of a temperature sensor (26), control host (5) and electric heating plate (25) and a feedback control loop composed of a vacuum sensor (23), the control host (5) and the vacuum pump (9) may carry out a stirring reaction on raw materials in a constant-temperature vacuum environment; at the same time, a color sensor (27) is provided, which may, when adjusting colors, monitor color information in real time in order to acquire a required color; and an infrared camera (21) is provided, which may acquire in real time video information of preparation progress in the device and display the information on a display screen (4).
