Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic synthesis, in particular, to a preparation method for 2-acetyl-1,10-phenanthroline. The preparation method provided in the present invention comprises the following steps: in a protective atmosphere, mixing 8-aminoquinoline, 3-acetylacrolein, an acid, and a solvent, and performing an addition reaction to obtain 4-oxo-3-(quinolin-8-ylamino)pentanal; mixing 4-oxo-3-(quinolin-8-ylamino)pentanal, a catalyst, and a first organic solvent, and performing a cyclization reaction to obtain 2-acetyl-1,2-dihydrophenanthroline; and mixing the 2-acetyl-1,2-dihydrophenanthroline, an oxidant, and the second organic solvent, and performing an oxidation reaction to obtain 2-acetyl-1,10-phenanthroline. The preparation method is simple in synthesis route, mild in reaction conditions, easy in industrial production, and is green and eco-friendly in preparation raw materials.
