Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of floor composite materials. More specifically, the present invention provides a composite material containing a PVC pre-coated film, and a preparation method therefor. A first aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method for a composite material containing a PVC pre-coated film, comprising: preparing a PVC pre-coated film by using a PVC transparent film layer and a radiation-curable coating; bonding the PVC pre-coated film, a substrate material, and a printed decorative layer at high temperature; and performing cooling molding to obtain the composite material containing an ultra-wear-resistant and easy-to-clean PVC pre-coated film. By means of the high temperature bonding of the PVC pre-coated film, the substrate material and the printed decorative layer, the method improves the deformation resistance of the floor composite material, avoids defects such as warping, and solves the problem in coatings obtained by conventional preparation methods of uneven gloss. In addition, the preparation method is simple, saves equipment and labor costs, is beneficial to the implementation of full-line automatic production, and improves the production efficiency.
