Abstract:
A preparation method for a flexible static-puncture-resistant material, comprising the following steps: drying a needle-punched cloth to a constant weight, wherein the needle-punched cloth is formed by interweaving and intertwining a plurality of polyester filament yarns; preparing a polyurethane solution with a concentration of 5-13 wt%; placing the needle-punched cloth which is dried to a constant weight in the polyurethane solution for a dipping treatment for 0.5-1.5 h; taking the dipped needle-punched cloth out, and subjecting same to a liquid removal treatment, such that the pickup of the needle-punched cloth is 40-50%; and placing the needle-punched cloth with a pickup ranging from 40% to 50% into a drying oven for a treatment, such that any polyester filament yarn is bonded with the adjacent polyester filament yarns, so as to obtain the flexible static-puncture-resistant material.
