Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for footwear formed by using a radio frequency welding technique. An upper, an insole, an outsole and other functional components are bonded by means of the radio frequency welding technique, a cross section of a radio frequency heated polymer material is in heat homogeneity, a temperature gradient thereof can be regarded as zero, and radio frequency heating welding refers to heating a polymer material by means of polarization generated inside a polarity-sensitive dielectric material, such that the polymer material is evenly heated. Radio frequency heating is fast, and has a high energy efficiency and short heating time, such that thermal damage to the polymer material is effectively prevented. Radio frequency welding can be evenly carried out throughout the entire polymer material, such that a firmer joint can be provided, and the service life of a shoe material can be effectively ensured. The production process is simple and easy to achieve, such that the production efficiency and production quality of products can be effectively improved.
