Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a heating warm-keeping wool fabric. The method comprises: dying wool in a fabric by using an environment-friendly reactive dye for wool, dying a Thermolite fiber by using a disperse dye, dying Tencel by using a reactive dye for cotton, and not dying an EKS heating fiber; selecting a semi-combing device for spinning; performing warping by using a warping machine; performing open-width washing and scouring combination after warping, and then performing drying; performing sucking and impacting in a dry state after drying; performing open-width washing and scouring again after singeing, and then performing drying; performing intermediate inspection for finishing after drying; and finally performing steam blowing. The high moisture regain and high moisture absorption of the Tencel fiber and good thermal insulation of the Thermolite fiber are used to perform blending with wool and the EKS fiber to produce a synergistic effect, so that the moisture absorption, heating and warm-keeping performances of the fabric are enhanced, the high-performance heating warm-keeping fabric is developed, the maximum temperature rise of the fabric is greater than or equal to 8.0°C, the average temperature rise value within 30 min is greater than or equal to 3.5°C, Clo value is greater than or equal to 0.3, and air permeability is greater than or equal to 150 mm/s.
