Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of high-molecular fiber production, and in particular, to a preparation method for a high-modulus, low-shrinkage and flame-retardant polyester industrial filament. In the present invention, a high-strength flame-retardant polyester industrial filament is finally obtained by selecting and mixing a specific material, a high-molecular phosphorus flame retardant and a high-viscosity PET slice, controlling important parameters such as the viscosity and the phosphorus content of the mixture, and then performing effective parameter control including temperature and winding speed in each spinning segment. The advantages of the present invention are that compared with industrial spinning oil in polyester production, the spinning oil used has good friction resistance and cohesion, can greatly reduce the production of broken filaments during stretching and post-weaving, has high strength and no halogen, is environmentally friendly, and has good flame retardance and less spinning broken filaments.
